Björn, Prithvi and Jenna have been working together over the past 4 years driving the scientific development of how to safely recirculate plant nutrients from human excreta back to the agricultural fields. Through laboratory experiments and pilot testing in Sweden, Finland and France, we co-developed a system for concentrating the plant nutrients in urine to produce a dry urine fertilizer.
We started the company in 2019 to be able to transfer our scientific knowledge into commercial products that can ultimately make going to the bathroom more sustainable.

Bioresource engineer and completed her PhD on Safe Nutrient Recovery from Human Urine – System and Hygiene Evaluation at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. Jenna is leading the commercialization of the urine drying technology for both flush and dry urine-diverting toilets.
