Closing the Nutrient Loop

Our urine contains 80% of the nutrients we flush down the toilet. Those nutrients cause pollution in both our atmosphere and waters. Instead, we collect the urine and convert the nutrients into a dry, granular fertilizer.

Creating a Regenerative Urine Fertilizer

Without fertilizer, food production suffers. Most fertilizers used today are fossil fuel-dependent and made from non-renewable resources, whereas urine is a resource we will always produce. Urine is therefore a reliable and local source of fertilizer which can guarantee food security in uncertain times.
